If the products were damaged/lost during delivery, email us proof and your order number and your product will be replaced as soon as possible.

All Arona Skin items are handmade are made in batches based on current demand and are all skincare/hygiene products- therefore, we do ZERO returns and exchanges. Please contact us on the contact page if you have any questions or concerns.

All Arona Skin products are safe to use. Products may slightly change colour because it is handmade. Shake well and continue to use as usual.

Our products may contain nuts and we advise you not to use our products if you have a nut allergy. For other allergies, always test a product on a patch of skin [not on your face] before use.

Arona Skin is 100% cruelty free – none of our products / raw materials are tested on animals at ANY stage of our production process
