how do i access my account?

How DOES THE CUSTOMISED ITEMS ORDERS WORK? CAN I ADD ANYTHING?

Send your designs to our email after completing your payment and we will work with you on getting your designs on your product. You can request anything to be printed onto your ordered items, except trademarked words, phrases and logos.

How long do i have to wait for my order?

Physical product orders that require customisation have a 5-7 day processing period. Once your order is processed and received by the courier, you will receive a tracking number. Our processing time varies and depends on our workload and order volume. Our customers are always updated via  email.

How can i get free delivery?

We share free delivery codes occasionally on our social media and our email list so make sure to sign up and follow us online. Other than that, we do not offer free delivery.

How do i track my order?

can i pick my package up in my city?

Yes! But only if you’re in Randberg.

How do i CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If your order has already been processed, you cannot change your delivery address. If you just placed your order, send us an email ASAP!

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS?

Payments are made safely online via PayFast who offer a variety of ways to make your payments safely.Learn more about how to pay by clicking HERE. We also offer direct deposit/wire.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly.

If the products were damaged/lost during delivery, email us proof and your order number and your product will be replaced as soon as possible.

what is the refund policy?

Please Check Your Orders Before Paying!  No Refunds, Where possible we will allow for exchanges. All orders are processed as per your specification.

If you have paid for an order based on a quote, invoice or online amount and you decide to cancel the order or any part of the order once a payment has been received we will NOT be liable for any repayment or refund. The onus is on you to check your order before you place the order and pay any amount. 

We only replace or refund items if they are received in a defective or damaged manner. 

If at our discretion, we decide to refund and money sent, this will be at a 20%-40% charge of the amount paid.

do you deliver outside south africa?

No. We are a South African based business and only deliver nationally.
